Dear Customer,
We, Erieview Electric, inc., guarantee workmanship, equipment and materials free from defect for a period of three (3) years from the date of completion. Should any failure of equipment and/or materials occur because of manufacturer defect or because of improper installation, the affected equipment and/or materials shall be repaired or replaced based on the discretion of Erieview Electric, inc. at no labor, equipment, and/or material cost to the customer. The date of completion shall be determined by the date referred to on the invoice of the affected work described as "completion date".
